We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL.The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We do not add any handling fees.
It is in full customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
You will receive the tracking information for your order once the package is shipped.
If your order contains a ring, please note that we send the whole package together and ring production (for specific models) + delivery time can take up to one month. Please allow 14 days for the ring processing & production + 7 business days for shipping on local orders / or 14 business days for international orders.
All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.

Some of our rings (Force Change in 925 silver, Knot Always Right in 925 silver) may take around 3-4 weeks to get to your loving hands.
International orders may take longer than that. Custom ring sizes will take approximately 4 weeks.
✖ DAMAGED SHIPMENTS ✖
KNOT TO SELF is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it.
✖ CUSTOMS AND DUTIES ✖
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, KNOT TO SELF has no control over those charges, and can't determine what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
We advise that you contact your local customs office to find out current charges before you order.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to KNOT TO SELF due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or carrier.
Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund, gift card or requested exchange due.
